Anne Sheehan is a principal at Goldklang Group CPAs, P.C. with over 31 years of experience in the auditing of Common Interest Realty Associations.
As a licensed CPA, Anne offers superior knowledge and understanding of the unique accounting needs and operations of homeowners associations, condominiums, and cooperatives. She is actively involved in the management and execution of audits for many of the largest and most complex associations in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Anne is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Anne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
In January 2020, Anne was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to serve on the Virginia Common Interest Community Board, which regulates common interest community managers, as well as employees of licensed management firms.
Anne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of CPAs, Greater Washington Society of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs, and the Community Association Institute.
