Are you an Authorized Signer?

As part of our audit process, we may need to confirm your Association’s bank account balances.

Many banks use a third-party service to confirm bank accounts. If you are listed as an authorized signer on the bank account and the bank uses a third-party service for confirmations, you will receive an email from requesting authorization. This authorization will allow us to request important information needed in order to proceed with your audit. Without this authorization, we will not be able to confirm the Association’s bank account balances.

When you receive one of these emails, simply click the “Sign Authorization” button on the email.
